Every homeowner who reaches out to Connectionsjapan Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Connectionsjapan Heating & Air went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Connectionsjapan Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@connectionsjapan.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
